Jason David Shink, 38, of 209 Germania St., has been charged with criminal mischief after kicking an exterior door to Jiffy Lube, 1829 E. Third St., as he left the business during a heated dispute “over service done to his vehicle” on June 23, state police alleged in an affidavit. In kicking the door, Shink broke a windowpane, resulting in $540 damage, police alleged. He has waived his preliminary hearing and is free on $5,000 bail.
