Cedar Fair theme parks are the worst theme parks for accommodating plus sized people. Knott’s Berry Farm is exactly the same way. That being said however how did this person purchase tickets and show up at Cedar Point without having checked their online ride guide which specifically mentions people who are of larger size and that includes height and weight.
Their website specifically says that larger sized people may not be able to ride: Blue Streak, Corkscrew, Gate Keeper, Lake Erie Eagles, Maverick, maXa ir, Millennium Force, Mine Ride, Pipe Scream, Power Tower, Raptor, Rougarou, Skyhawk, SlingShot, Steel Vengeance, Wave Swinger, and Valravn. Part of your responsibility before you buy tickets to a theme park is to do your research which takes all of two minutes on the Cedar Point website.
As someone who is plus sized and used to love theme parks, I will say that Disneyland is the most plus sized friendly theme park there…
