An office property in Huntington has sold for $3.7 million.
U Park Foundation, a real estate investment firm, purchased the 30,000-square-foot office building on 1.49 acres at 1160 East Jericho Turnpike.
Known as the Dix Hills Office Center, the property was about 70 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
The sale price equates to a 6.5 percent cap rate.
Chip Entwistle of ACC Space represented the buyer, as well as the Mississippi-based seller, Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance, in the sales transaction.
