To avoid this, the government needs to commence social security schemes for unskilled workers,” opined Basant.
Moreover, the declining population will be there 25 years down the line. It solely depends on the government’s policy to maintain the demographic of the country. Nonetheless, at some point, the existing human resource will suffice the needs of society.
