Soapy Joe’s collecting food donations

Soapy Joe’s will be collecting food donations at all of its locations to give back to local families. Customers can donate a nonperishable food item at Soapy Joe’s through December, and can also redeem a free Magic Joe Car Wash (a $20 value) for their donations from noon to 5 p.m. every Friday through Sunday. All donations will go directly to the San Diego Food Bank. Also, the 100.7 BIG-FM bus will visit to collect donations from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Soapy Joe’s at 12620 Sabre Springs Parkway, San Diego, and from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Soapy Joe’s at 2658 Jamacha Road, El Cajon.
