Human Services Programs of Carroll County Inc. (HSP), Monday announced it received a $20,000 grant from Truist Foundation to support its Economic Mobility Program.
The program serves at-risk, lower-skilled individuals with high barriers to employment and long-term stability. It encompasses three service lines: Opportunity WORKS Employment Services, Financial Education Services and Volunteer Income Tax Preparation Site, which provides free tax preparation for low-to-moderate income households.
