WESTBY, Wis. (WXOW) – Vernon County Crime Stoppers and the Westby Police Department are looking to the public to help them find the people behind a burglary at a Westby business earlier this month.
Sometime between December 12 and December 14, the Big Red Shed in Westby was burglarized.
A number of items were taken, several of which they pointed out as unique. One was a Civil War era Cook & Brother Confederate naval sword.
Also taken was a Luger .22 pistol, several coins, and pocket knives. They said one was a John Deere and others were Swedish knives.
